I had this soundtrack on cassette tape and think I played "Shakedown" by Bob Seger into oblivion. Eddie Murphy seemed to have this strange fixation on Sylvester Stallone, even working with Stallone's wife at the time Brigitte Nielsen as if to prove how much better Murphy's cop movies were compared to Cobra. Real cobras are better than Cobra but maybe because Rocky and Rambo were on top of the mountain in the mid-1980s, it created this competition in Murphy to make Stallone movies instead of funny ones.
